Unable to cast COM object followed by RPC error during HFM data loads

Dear HFM Experts,

We are facing a unique situation in our HFM environment.

Whenever we try to do a data load in QA application either through workspace or ODI , once the scanning of file is complete we start getting Unable to cast COM object  and RPC errors. Refer attached file for some screenshots.  Other important thing is once we log off and log in ,application is accessible and we can perform other operations like opening grids,forms,etc. Also observed that it kills the HSVdata source on one of the servers but it comes back on its own.

Any suggestions what could relate these errors with HFM data load process. Our original data file size is 100mb but we have tried loading files of around 15-20 mb size and still get the issue.
