de-register E-Bus 12.1.3 from OID 11.1.1.7

I registered my E-Bus with OID successfully, by mistake i dropped the OID VM before de-register the E-Bus, now i need to reregister the OID again, i face the below error although i de-registered E-Bus using commands

$FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl -script=SetSSOReg -removereferences=yes
