Order-level sales credit updated to match new order salesperson

We are currently on R12.1.3 release and using OM Module . And whenever user is changing Sales Credit on an entered ordered user are populated with the form message  Order-level sales credit updated to match new order salesperson.

Is there a way to turn off this message any profile option which drives this or its a seeded message and it cannot be turned off ?
