File --> Print...(Command: Print Custom List Excel) did not work in Siebel Open UI (8.1.1.14[23044]

In Siebel Open UI IP 2014 patchset 5 ((8.1.1.14 [23044] ENU)). We are facing the problem to do File--> Print. The command behind this is "Print Custom List Excel". Let me know if you have any work around for this issue.
