Solaris fmd shows PCI bus errors and puts T5-2 servers in fault

Hi all,

I have two T5-2 server, same hardware and software configuration, that presents the same problem.

Solaris fmd puts the server in fault indicating that there was PCI bus errors, and the component affected is /SYS/MB.

From the messages (I've removed the actual hostname and serial number)

May  8 06:22:32 server fmd: [ID 377184 daemon.error] SUNW-MSG-ID: PCIEX-8000-YJ, TYPE: Fault, VER: 1, SEVERITY: Major
