Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Why one user is able to call signals in DEV env but not in INT env (same srf for both envs)?

Dear COM experts,

Could you please give some directions regarding this case?

Customer has one user in INT (integration env) and same user in DEV (development environment).

This same user is not able to call ReconfigureCxProd method in INT env but is able to call this method in DEV environment.

If they associated SADMIN responsibilities to this user in INT environment then the user is able to call ReconfigureCxProd.

Reviewing all logs:

DEV with user X (working),
INT with user X associated to SADMIN responsibility (working) and
INT with user X (not working)

I just noticed that NO signal in called in non working
