Can I Skip "GL Cost Allocation Process" ?

Hi,

I need a expert opinion for skipping "GL Cost Allocation Process"

Reason to skip cost allocation process
We are consuming raw material during non-production days therefore creating batches with .00001 production (to get the impact of raw material cost) but at the same time we don't want to allocate overheads cost.

Please suggest, if we can skip GL Cost Allocation Process ?
