Cannot import records from csv file in SWE Import Applet

According to the essay ID 863848.1, I try to create a button or menu item can import Quote Item records.

I create an Import Object based on Quote Item BC and a button in a Quote Item List Applet, popup SWE Import Applet. I exported a Quote Item record by the export in menu and tried to import it in another Quote. But an error prompted.

Field 'Billing Account' does not exist in definition for business component 'Quote Item'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00398)

This field is inactive in BC and don't exists in Import Object. So I want to know what object referenced by SWE Import/Export Applet, so that Siebel want to retrive an inactive field.
