Configuration backup visibilty

Hi,

I can understand that one needs to be root to take a Configuration Backup. However, what I do not understand is that when I log on to the BUI as a admin user with all possible privileges, I do not see any config backups, but they are listed when I log on as root. Is this how it is meant to be ? This is for the latest ak release, 2013.1.3.7
