Not able to make payment in AP after upgrade

Not able to make payment in AP after upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.2.4

Error message: APP-SQLAP-10381: Warning : Supplier Site Address may be incomplete    --> its shows note but even after licking on Ok it doesn't allow to proceed further.
