How to setup DNS SVR routing with a second static route

Hi,

I'm looking for the best way to setup egress peering calls from an internal endpoint to an external endpoint. A local-policy seems to be the best way, and it would fit in well with how we run our routing already. A single route to a static next-hop would be easy, but what I require is for the first next-hop to be discovered using DNS SRV records (_sip._tcp.domain.com) and if that fails, to have a second next-hop pointing to a static host. The part that is unknown to me is how to setup the first DNS next-hop?
