Close PM schedules for disposed Equipments

We are using JDE E1 - 9.1 ( Tool Release 9.1.2 ) CAM module. When any equipment is declared as Disposed we are looking for a functionality which can mark all the open PM schedules ( at status 01 or 50 ) as closed ( status 98 ). I have tried creating a separate version of R12807 and try to push the status of all open PM schedules to 98 but system is not moving status 01 to 98.

Can any one suggest any work around please ?
