How Work Request Completion Notification can be send to Field Service Manager

Hi guys

How Work Request Completion Notification can be send to Field Service Manager

As Field Service Technician complete the physical work on client site , he log in Field Service Technician Portal and change the status of Work Request to Complete from List of Value .

So there is a requirement that after changing the status of Work Request as complete Notification should be send to  Field Service Manager

Any recommendation guys  share the knowledge if any has done this already
