dbsnmp password repair

Perfect em12c agent storm.

$ $AGENT_HOME/bin/emctl getversion agent

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 2 

       Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Agent 12c Release 2

On target db host, agent install base gets damaged. 

Removes targets from OMS.

Reinstall new agent on target host.

New db password policy will not let me set dbsnmp to ORIGINAL password (OP).

I set new password (NP) and install agent.  (perhaps I should not have done this and am willing to tear down and reinstall if needed)

DB target looks good to OMS,  but dbsnmp user keeps getting locked by some unknown process, must be using origninal pw cached somewhere on target host.
