Mainfesto files not getting uploaded

Hi Team,

I have created PR,PM files and the same added under administration-Application>Mainfesto Administration.

After I have cleared the cache then also expected functionality not appearing after seeing the inspect element option then i come to know my files were not downloaded under HTML file...

Could please help me why my files not getting downloaded do i missed any other steps ?
