P48013 and Data Dictionary

Why does P48013 stop working when a data dictionary description is changed?  We changed the WR01 description from "PHASE" to "LINE" then back to "PHASE".   From that point on, P48013 would not create a work order header, nor increment the next numbers.  Does anyone have any idea why this would happen??????
