Moving from Shared HR to Full HR
Client is currently using EBS Financials with HR Foundation. They have purchased licenses for the full suite and wishes to use some of the HR functionality. EBS HRMS is not / will not be the system of records it is only to support Financials. They have ask to have an impact analysis performed as they are experiencing problems when trying to apply patches. Here is what I have found so far. When the licenses were turned on, everything but Core HR (PER 800) was turned on.
1. Can 801 - Payroll be set to S and 800 - Human Resources be set to I with no impact. The client has no intention of using the payroll functionality
