WebLogic Server Licensing

We purchased ODA x3-2 machine 3 years ago. It has been licensed for 4 Database EE edition and $ WebLogic EE edition. When login to WebLogic Console I see 2 production system currently being used. I want to know whether we have 2 free licenses remaining or how do I find out what is the coonfiguration with ODA X3-2 box for WebLogic Server perpective.
