RESTful services 3.0

Hi all,

We are going to install and configure Oracle Rest Data Services 3.0. We would like to avoid the use of Oracle Application Express for our scope (we make use of Apache Tomcat).

My questions:

1) Can we configure and run ORDS 3.0 without APEX? Is it confirmed we can proceed in this way?

2) Are there, as per your knowledge, companies/customers in the community that are actually making use of RESTful Services 3.0 (without APEX?).
