How to create zones on an LDOM using SAN disk defined as Local Disk?

Hi All,

Running OC 12.2.2.

Objective: To create zones on an LDOM. The LDOM has been created on SAN disk to enable 'Live Migration'

The LDOM has been created on SAN disk, a Static Block Storage Library has been created and contains all the disks from the Control Domain - including the disk of the LDOM OS. The libraries, including NAS for the metadata have been associated to the CDOM.

I have added a LUN to the LDOM (BUI) and enabled it for virtualisation - the disk appears in Solaris (format) as c1d3.

When I execute the 'Create Oracle Zone' Deployment plan, I am able to select the c1d3 disk.

Howdy, Stranger!
