How to change the email address for security updates?

We have WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and upon installation, the system asked for an email address to register for security updates. We need to update this address and need help locating where to do this. Also, can someone tell me how this works, and if there are additional steps needed to get automated security notifications? I am new to WebLogic Server. Thank you -Paul
