Editing a Scheduled Job not showing existing Email Destination or Schedule info
Hello,
In our production OBIEE instance, we have scheduled a BI Publisher report that runs daily and sends out email to a bunch of users.
Now, we want to add a new user to this list, to I go into the "Report Jobs" screen, find my job and click on Edit. At this point the Manage Schedules screen appears with tabs for General, Output, Schedule, Notification.
On clicking the Output tab, it's not showing me the email info that already should be in that job. Similarly, clicking the Schedule tab, does not show schedule info that's already set.
Even the Notification tab is empty.
