While compiling Printed Purchase Order Report, got Identifier 'GET_PRECISION' must be declared error

Hi There,

When I tried to compile Printed Purchase Order Report by Oracle Report Developer, I got Identifier 'GET_PRECISION' must be declared error.  Any idea on how to handle this?  We are upgrading to 12.2.4 for Oracle EBS.
