Worker Status Change process of HRSSA is giving application error while Commit Transaction V4.0 acti

Hi All,

I am getting Application error from "Commit Transaction V4.0" event under HR_HRSSA_V5_APPROVED_PRC process.
On querying for the item_type and item_key in "WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES", I found that error_message is updated with error "The assignment does not exist at this date."

But the record do exist in the database.

Please let me know, if I am missing anything.

Steps to reproduce error:

1. Go to Manager Self-Service >> Worker Status Change

2. Update Assignment Status Change Reason and submit the request for approval.

3. Approve Request.
