Cannot Query a party even after reactivating it using data library.

Hello,

A party was inactivated by the users using oracle customers online.

Followed the Instructions mentioned under the below note to activate the party using data library.

Even after doing the above steps, I still cannot query the party from the regualr search page...

What am I missing?
