Asset Retirements Report seems to be missing some values.

I have a few questions about Asset Retirements Report. My user has run the Asset Retirements Report for Jan-2015 to Jan-2015. His report is showing values only in the Cost Retired column. He was expecting to see values in the Net Book Values Retired, Proceeds of Sale, Removal Cost, and Gain/Loss columns.  But they only have zeros. Only 3 assets out of about 200 listed had a value other than zero in those columns.  However, when the user runs the Asset Retirements by Cost Center Report, the aforementioned columns do have values in them other than zeros.
