how to Create Usage Based Item Line Service Contract Against quotation?

Hi everyone!

I want to create services Contracts from Service Contracts Module for Usage Based Item Line Contracts but before creating service Contract for usage Based Item Line i want to send quotation to my customer and if my Customer Accept this quotation then i will create Usage Based Item Line Service contracts against this Quotation. Kindly help me and share the documents if nay one have.
