What does it mean when the GoldenGate Manager fails with a "Can't resolve a non-optional query descr

I am getting a "Can't resolve a non-optional query descriptor property [serviceURL] (serviceURL)" error. How do I fix it? I just added all of the GoldenGate targets. This came up right away. The extract also has this error, and all other GoldenGate targets are in a status pending under that manager.
