configuring IIU jdbc connectivity in CS load balanced environment

I am having issues configuring the jdbc connectivity in our load balanced test environment on Campus Solutions 9.0 and PT 8.53.10

Both environments have been patched to the same level.

It is working on a non load balanced single node non cluster environment but is failing on a load balanced environment.

I have a dev, non load balanced environment, which has got jdbc connectivity configured and working for the IIU checker utility, our checker utility is working fine.

The error message on our load balanced environment is:
