Search list showing projects from other OU

Hello Team,

We are setting up a new operating unit for project accounting and noticed that simple search is showing projects from other OU.  However I have configured MO operating unit profile correctly and we do not use MO security profile.

Is there anything else I should check ?  I ran replicate seeded data after setting up profile for new operating unit which did not make any difference.
