ePro Change request: Call PO Budget Check Cobol Process from Peoplecode

Hello All,

Prior to SCM Bundle 27 and according to PeopleSoft Support: " PO change request process was completing without any error even though the PO is in closed period. This was the issue reported by lot of other customers as the PO accounting entries are incorrect. Development fixed this issue so that it  ensures that when requisition and PO is not in Open Date range".

We are using a warning message to indicate that "The PO Accounting Date is not open. Please contact the Buyer to update the date to an open period", when the requester try to submit or budget check a change request. This customization is adding another step to the change request process.
