Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Modiifier Promotions not affected on sales order lines

Hi Oracle Friends,

We have defined Modifier Promotions item discount for line level and attached to sales order line manually.

But system is not generated promotional line with discount on sales order.

Can you please provide possible reasons/causes for the same?
