Non asset Subinventory with OPM

Hi -

1-

How could be the Asset Subinventory Flag Useful In OPM Organization  ?

As any way the accounts are driven by the SLA setup , so i may use inventory account for non asset subinventory ?

so what could be the advantage of this flag in OPM ..

2-

Goal is to have all quantities in spesfic subinventory valued at 0 cost , till i transfer it to other subinventory , and then i want to get it valued .

any suggestions ?
