Adding Project Costing and Management to existing EBS

Greetings,

    Our EBS instance has Oracle Projects in shared mode installation and Project Manufacturing in full installation mode. We would like to add Project Costing and Project Management functionality and we are told they are Part of the same module Oracle Projects and the what is needed would be to license the product through the license manager and turn the following two profile options to enable the functionality:

PA: Licensed to use Project Management

PA: Licensed to use Project Costing

    Then run Adadmin to compile existing code. However, our understanding was that Project Costing and Management are different modules within the family of Oracle Projects and different from the module projects (PA). Similar to Project Manufacturing as it has its own schema and module. Further, when licensing project costing and project management we believe we still need to run the installer to bring the full code into the instance for these new modules.
