agile 9.3.1.2 lifetime and recommendations

Hi

We have  Agile 9.31.2 build 09  running in WLS and i want to know if we are on a supported version and your thoughts on if we need to do an upgrade or not.

Please elaborate on why you recommend for an upgrade (support level, bugs, certification matrix ++) and for how long we will be able to run this with support.

Can we upgrade our 11G DB to a newer version ? Please give me Oracle recommendations with explanations.
