Weblogic Application Startup Dependency

Hi,

We have an issue where one of our applications depends on another application being available, however the managed servers with that application deployed take a lot longer to start up so the changing the 'Deployment Order' doesn't appear to resolve the issue.

Is there a way we can apply a start up delay to some of the managed servers depending on other managed servers being available?

Environment

Windows Server 2008

Weblogic 12.1.1

Any help would be much appreciated.
