How to post the transaction to Item as of file post Sales order status is 999?

One ST order has the status of 999 and the same is not posted in Item As of file.

Status of IPCD field is "S"-The value of your inventory has yet to be impacted by the tranasaction.

Any advise as how to process the above transaction and post the transaction value to Item as of file and GL.
