Customization of Planning web forms colours in 11.1.2.4

Hi Guys,

We are delivering an 11.1.2.4 environment ( on premises ) to our customer and he would like to know if there is a way of changing the colours of Planning web forms to have a look & feel similar to the old 11.1.1.4 version.

I know that in previous releases that was used to be done through back end configuration of CSS files, but I have no clue on how this can be done in this new release ?
