Weblogic Application Startup Dependency

Hi,

We have an issue where one of our applications depends on another application being available, however the managed servers hosting that application take a lot longer to start up so the changing the 'Deployment Order' doesn't appear to resolve the issue.

Is there a way we can apply a start up delay to some of the managed servers depending on other managed servers being available?

Environment

Windows Server 2008

Weblogic 12.1.1

Java JDK 1.7.0

Any help would be much appreciated.
