Can you please suggest best approach from Siebel Object Merge from 8.1.1.8 to 8.1.1.14 post upgrade?

Hi,

We currently in our project are using Siebel version 8.1.1.8. We are planning for an upgrade to 8.1.1.14 soon. For the same we have already started repository upgrade of 8.1.1.8 to 8.1.1.14 and have already resolved all the conflicts and started fixing the issues as per our customer requirement on our new Upgrade Development Environment. The problem we are facing now is that we have a parallel release going on still on our 8.1.1.8 version application where lot of changes were done since we took the last cut for the 8.1.1.14 upgrade.
