Does anyone know if Bug 13737736 : ER: NO ORG LOV FOR DESTINATION TYPE OF "SHOP FLOOR" is addressed

We are creating internal requisitions for inventory stock and it would be preferable if we could also link them EAM Work Orders in I-Procurement. Unfortunatley the option to allocate them to the Destination Tpye 'Maintenance' is not available. The bug quoted above is for 11.5.10 and we are currently running on 12.1.2, but plan to upgrade later in the year.
