Last Receipt Date, LRCJ in P41202 Item Availability does not match the actual Last PO Receipt Date,

FILE DATA in red:

F41021 (P41202) Item Avail.       LRCJ - last receipt =      120814.        Last program to touch record  P31113 Blind Material Issue.

F43121 (P4312)   Receiver File   RCDJ-Date Received = 031215     Last program to touch record P4312 Enter Receipts by PO

F4111 (P4111)     item Ledger Cardex  OV and date =     031215

Issue: The date shown on Item Availability does not accurately reflect the actual last PO receipt date.

Question: Can a program stop the F41021, LRCJ (date last receipt) from getting updated if a program like the  P31113 updated that field LRCJ previously or first on another date,

Prohibiting the P4312 Enter Receipts to update or overwrite?
