BI Publisher horizontal cluster installation

I am a bit confused on the directions for BI Publisher-only clustered installation.  The point of the clustered installation is to have a shared repository between the 2 or more instances.  Can someone please help me specific directions or tell me what I am doing wrong.

Have 2 separate LDOMs on a T5 box with a shared mount between them for the repository.

Host1: I installed BIP 11.1.1.7.0 (plan to patch to 11.1.1.7.150120 after setting up the cluster) by installing WL 10.3.6 first then BIP with Software-only option.  Then I ran config.sh from $ORACLE_HOME/bin to create the domain and instance1.  This by default (I do not see where I can change the repository location) creates a file based repository that I want to use because we use guest access in our setup under $DOMAIN_HOME/config/bipublisher/repository.
