How to save requisition with invalid chartfield in 'Open' status in PS 9.2

Hi

We are using ps ePro 92. We set the combo edit option to 'Recycle' at the purchasing options. However, it appears that our users only receive the warning message and was able to submitted the requistions for PO creation.
