Find Remittance Advice Previous Sent Email

Is it possible to find a previously sent Remittance Advice email that went to a supplier when a payment was made?  I found the concurrent request, but there is no output.  Is there another way to find the email somewhere?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
