Generate Report Binders for Multiple Periods

From 11.1.2.4 Admin Guide -" when report binder is generated from the Reconciliation List View, the binder can include reconciliations from multiple periods".

However, when you are in Reconciliation List View, the option to Generate Report Binder is not available.  The only option is to Generate Reports.  And in Reconciliations, you can only

display one period at a time.  Is there a way to generate report binder for multiple periods?  Thanks.
