P4312 Receipt by Amount

Hi

Is it possible to receipt by amount instead of by quantity? is there an available processing option for this?

Here what I'm trying to do:

I enter a requisition for a Service with amount of $20000, quantity of 1 for a J line type . A purchase order will then be generated from this requisition and our process includes turning Multiple accounts flag off so Accounts info will be available at the time of receipting. Im testing a scenario where a partial invoice come through, i.e $10000, we want to be able to receipt the $10000 out of the $30000 only.

Has anyone done this? or have a work around idea?
