How to open Service Warranty Contract in service Contract Window.

Hi Gabriela!


After Complete Sales Order generate service Warranty Contract in Oracle Service Contract Module but here i am unable to open Service Warranty Contracts at Service Contract window, i have enclosed snap shot here. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
