Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

is there a way to lunch a UBE to run localy on the deployment server from command prompt?

i have tried ubeprint.exe :

ubeprint.exe BCH R59LOCAL dgr0001 0

but it does not seem to work

my tools release is 9.1.4.7 , windows server 2008R2
