Can we copy the prevision revision notes only to the new revision in Oracle Quoting

I am creating a new revision on a quote on top of higher revision. I am seeing all the notes copied to the newly created revision from 1st revision. Is there any profile option or any setup to restrict to copy only previous revision notes.

Another questions is, I am seeing duplicate notes also under the newly created revision, do we have any setup to display only unique notes.
